Shanta Chhetri asks Questions on AIIMS – like institute in Bangla

Will the Ministry of Health and Family welfare be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has sanctioned one AIIMS-like institute for each State in the country;
(b) if so, the status of the AIIMS-like institute in Bangla; and
(c) by when would it be completed?
Supplementary Questions
Hon. Chairman Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity. I thank the Hon. Minister for planning to set up an AIIMS in Kalyani in Bangla. I understand that in the course of discussions for providing better healthcare facilities to the people, the Hon. Prime Minister has asked the Health Ministry that it should advance the completion of the AIIMS project from 2020 to 2019. The Hon. Prime Minister has categorically stated that the AIIMS Hospital should start functioning from 2019.
May I know from the Hon. Minister whether the AIIMS at Kalyani in Bangla would start functioning from 2019?
My second supplementary is this: May I know from the Hon. Minister that, while filling up the various posts at AIIMS Kalyani, would the Ministry recruit local youth, since there would otherwise be discontentment among the youth?
