Manish Gupta asks a Question on the remedial measures to extend help to loss making farmers

Sir, through you, I would like to request the minister to clarify on one issue. The main issue, Sir, is the cost of production. Bringing down the cost of production will stop the loss of farmers. As we have seen in West Bengal, the income of farmers has been tripled.
I would like to ask the minister, whether there is any plan to reduce the cost of production by reducing the GST on pesticides and fertilisers.
