Sir, climate change is an international affair, a worldwide event. Now, we all know that in the Arctic Ocean, a lot of glaciers melted and the sea-levels are rising. This affects the coastal communities.

I want to know from the Minister that apart from what the state governments are doing for the coastal people, whether there is any central scheme or sponsored scheme being devised or being thought of to protect the land, livelihood and the future of the people of the coastal areas?
