Sir, this is about two Rules. First, Rule 69(ii) – the Bill on the content about constitutional immorality and the procedural hara-kiri. Sir, the procedural hara-kiri refers to the Rule 69(ii) because, as you said Sir, you gave us the time and in that limited time we could not move any other motion. Sir, one more point, Rule 258 and I must bring this to your notice Sir. I have a genuine problem and I’m concerned about my Members of Parliament who left Calcutta at 6AM to reach here at 8.30 to participate in the voting by division. They have been directed to Amritsar because of troop movement in Delhi! So Sir, delay this by half an hour so my MPs can come, because procedural hara-kiri, constitutional immorality is being done.
