Kalyan Banerjee speaks about reservation for SC/STs

Sir Article 15(4) clearly speaks about the reservation for Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes and also OBCs.

This Article 16(4) is a part of the Fundamental Right under Part C of the Constitution, therefore, the contention which was made before the Supreme Court by any counsel on behalf of the state of Uttarakhand, that contention is not correct.
