I stand here to support The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill, 2019, and this is actually being brought before the ARC Bill. This is not right. The ARC bill must first be brought for the surrogacy to happen.
As I said, reproductive technology must be allowed, but I can’t speak, Ma’am. Please put your House in order. They are demanding that the Honourable Prime Minister should be here. This demand I am putting in a song:
