Will the Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprise please state whether the Government of India has set up a Centre of Excellence for technological development in order to make Indian capital goods sector globally competitive?
If so, then (what was) the budget that was allocated with this particular work or scheme.
Madam why the allocated money, allocated for this particular scheme has not been spent?

I would like to know how much progress has been made in this sector, and how has it actually benefited the manufacturing sector? What about CoE in Kharagpur? How much time will it take for it to be completed?
