Workers’ rally at Dharmatala
The Indian National Trinamool Trade Union Congress (INTTUC) has taken up the issue of disinvestment of 42 state-owned companies by the Centre.
In this regard, a workers’ rally was organised at Dharmatala, Kolkata today (August3). Among the leaders present at the rally were Dola Sen, Firhad Hakim and Subhasish Chakraborty.
The Centre has decided to disinvest 42 state-owned companies including the BSNL, five airports, Alloy Steel Plant in Durgapur and Chittaranjan Locomotive Works.
