WB Govt to launch mobile vans to reach out to farmers in rural areas
In a bid to spread awareness among farmers in every district about the various welfare schemes and projects taken up by the state government, the Agriculture department has come up with the unique idea of introducing mobile vans in the districts to carry out a campaign in the rural areas.
Experts travelling in a mobile van will impart knowledge and special training to the farmers to help increase their production. The mobile vans will be equipped with various instruments as well to examine the nature and condition of the land.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has repeatedly laid emphasis on improving the agriculture infrastructure in the state. Various projects were taken to help farmers increase their production. More than 128 Kisan Bazars have been set up throughout the state. The present government had taken necessary steps so that farmers can directly sell their produce in the city markets.

রাজ্যের প্রতিটি জেলার কৃষকদের মধ্যে সচেতনতা তৈরির জন্য রাজ্য সরকার দ্বারা বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প গৃহীত হয়েছে। প্রত্যন্ত গ্রমাঞ্চলে মোবাইল ভ্যানের মাধ্যমে প্রচার চালানোর এক অভিনব উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে কৃষি বিভাগ।
ফসলের উ९পাদন বৃদ্ধির জন্য এই মোবাইল ভ্যান ভ্রমণের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কৃষকদের জ্ঞান এবং বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করবে। এই মোবাইল ভ্যানে জমি ও আবহাওয়া পরীক্ষার জন্য বিভিন্ন যন্ত্রপাতি থাকবে।
মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় রাজ্যের কৃষি পরিকাঠামো উন্নত করার উপর গুরুত্ব দিয়েছেন। কৃষকদের উ९পাদন বৃদ্ধির জন্যও বিভিন্নরকম উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে, ১২৮ টিরও বেশি কৃষক বাজার তৈরি হয়েছে সারা রাজ্য জুড়ে। কৃষকরা যাতে সরাসরি তাদের পণ্যদ্রব্য শহরের বাজারে বিক্রি করতে পারেন সেজন্য বর্তমান সরকার প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেছে।
