Trinamool demands sacking of Bangla Governor
All India Trinamool Congress MPs in the Rajya Sabha staged a walkout from the House today, after they were not allowed to raise an issue regarding the Bangla Governor.
The Governor has not yet cleared the SC/ST Bill, which was to be passed by the State Assembly. He has been sitting on several crucial Bills, because of which the Speaker had to adjourn the proceedings of the Assembly for two days last week. The business of the House is being hampered.
Trinamool MLAs also held a protest, demanding the sacking of Bangla Governor, inside Assembly premises earlier today.
