Sir, through you I would like to make a humble suggestion to the Union Finance Minister. A BJP leader was arrested in Bengal yesterday with Rs 35 lakh, of which Rs 25 lakh were in new Rs 2000 notes. He was also carrying arms.
People are unable to find cash, but how are BJP leaders in possession of so much cash in new currency? Common people are in distress because of lack of cash but a BJP leader in Bengal seems to have sufficient supply of new currency.
What is the Finance Ministry going to do in this case? What steps are they taking to investigate more such cases?
