Sudip Bandyopadhyay demands discussion under Rule 56 to censure government on demonetisation
Madam, we are totally in favor of discussion taking place on the on the floor of the House, but with adjournment motion. Why are you not allowing that? Why is the government not agreeing? The debate happened in Rajya Sabha, why cannot it happen in Lok Sabha? Why not in this House?
