Budget Session | Week 2: Trinamool MPs speak on Demands for Grants for various ministries

In the second week of the second phase of Budget Session, 2017, Trinamool Congress’ Members of Parliament (MPs) in the Lok Sabha raised important points related to the Demands for Grants for the ministries of Railways, Agriculture, Defence and Home Affairs for financial year 2017-18. In the Rajya Sabha, the party put forth its views on issues related to the 2017-18 Union Budget.
Trinamool Congress MPs also raised a variety of issues of public importance in Parliament ranging from medical negligence in private hospitals to farmer suicides, from manual scavenging to the divestment by the Central Government of profitable public sector units.
