Sudip Bandyopadhyay asks a Question on allocation of Deocha-Pachami coal mines

FULL TRANSCRIPT
Sir, Coal India Kolkata sheher mein hain, toh we are directly involved with Coal India.
Sir, one coal block, Deocha-Pachami-Harinsingha-Dewanganj, DPHD, is the largest coal mine in India and the second largest in the world. It is situated in the district of Birbhum in West Bengal and it has an estimated reserve of 2 million tonnes of coal.
The Government of West Bengal applied for this coal block and in 2018 yeh sarkar ne allocation diya. Aapne allocation diya Paschim Bangal sarkar ko. Lekin formally allotment nahi de rahe hain.
My question is that when you have issued allocation to handover this coal mine to the Government of West Bengal why are you not issuing formal allotment? Why are you depriving the State again and again?
