Will the Hon Minister be pleased to state:
a) the call drop rates of all cellular companies, and the details thereof;
b) whether the Government has mandated cellular companies to provide compensation to consumers on incidence of call drops;
c) if so, the reasons thereof, and if not, the reasons thereto?
