Sukhendu Sekhar Roy asks supplementary questions on welfare measures for small and marginal farmers

I seek your protection, Sir, because the first supplementary that I raised has not been replied. Possibly I could not make the minister understand, what was my supplementary question.
I wanted to know, from the hon minister – he has listed so many welfare measures for the farmers – whether these welfare measures had been effective, in with regards to farmers’ suicides in the country, year wise, in the last three years.
That was the question. That was my first supplementary question which was not replied. My second supplementary is, how many farmers above the age of 60 years, have so far subscribed to Pradhan Mantri Vyaya Vandana Yojana?
