Bengal Govt to organise Bangla Sangeet Mela in north Bengal
Music lovers in north Bengal will no more have to travel to Kolkata to be a part of the Bangla Sangeet Mela, as for the first time ever the state government has decided to hold the music fest in north Bengal districts as well.
This year’s Bangla Sangeet Mela in Kolkata will be held from December 14 to 21, with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee inaugurating the eight-day extravaganza. In north Bengal, the Sangeet Mela will be held on December 16, 17 and 18.
The venues for the fest in North Bengal have also been selected. Artists from all the seven districts in the region will be performing at the events. Besides eminent artists, new talents will also get an opportunity to showcase their art at the Sangeet Mela.
উত্তরবঙ্গে সঙ্গীত মেলার আয়োজন করছে রাজ্য সরকার
বাংলা সংগীত মেলার জন্য উত্তরবঙ্গে সঙ্গীত প্রেমীদের আর কলকাতা যেতে হবে না। এই প্রথমবার উত্তরবঙ্গেও সংগীত মেলার আয়োজন করতে চলেছে রাজ্য সরকার।
কলকাতায় এই বছরের বাংলা সঙ্গীত মেলা শুরু হবে ১৪ ডিসেম্বর, চলবে ২১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত। ৮ দিন ব্যাপী এই মেলার উদ্বোধন করবেন মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। উত্তরবঙ্গে এই সঙ্গীতমেলা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ডিসেম্বর মাসের ১৬, ১৭ ও ১৮ তারিখে।
উত্তরবঙ্গের কোন কোন স্থানে এই মেলা হবে তা ইতিমধ্যেই নির্বাচিত হয়ে গেছে। উত্তরবঙ্গের ৭টি জেলা থেকে শিল্পীরা আসছেন এখানে পারফর্ম করার জন্য। বিশিষ্ট শিল্পীদের পাশাপাশি, নতুন প্রতিভারাও এখানে সুযোগ পাবেন।
