Mamata Banerjee`s letter to MS Dhoni and team.
Dear Mr Dhoni and Team India,
The entire family of the Indian Railways joins me in wishing you; your champion team and the entire support staff under Mr Kirsten many congratulations for conquering the cricket world last night.
It was Swami Vivekananda who said that if one had the will, one could do anything…even drink an ocean. You and your team have done just that.
The Indian Railways are passionate about promoting and encouraging sport. At glorious moments like these we reaffirm our commitment to Indian sport.
I have always believed that India and all Indians are always winners. Thank you again for reaffirming that belief.
