Chief Minister constitutes seven-member advisory council
West Bengal Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee constituted a seven-member advisory council to strengthen economic and social development in West Bengal.
The advisory committee will work under the Chief Minister and help the West Bengal Government to take important policy decisions and also supervise whether recommendations of this advisory committee are being implemented thoroughly or not.
The seven-member council:
Mr. Saugata Roy – State  Commerce, Industry and IT Ministry.
Mr.  Sudip Bandyopadhyay  –  State Urban Development Ministry.
Mr. Dinesh Trivedi – TOURISM
Mr. Sisir Adhikary –  State Rural Development Ministry.
Mr. Sultan Ahmed  State  Minority Affairs Ministry.
Mr.  Chowdhury Mohan Jatua  – State  Sunderbans Affairs Ministry.
