Kalyan Banerjee seeks answer on MPLAD from Minister

Sir, yesterday when we were talking about the curtailment of Question Hour, the Hon. Defence Minister categorically stated that although Question Hour has been taken away, any questions, in any form they come at the time of speech, answers will of course be given.
Since the Hon. Defence Minister is here – the entire House is talking about it – that MPLAD should be restored. We want to hear from him whether it would be done or not. That is all we want to know.
