Sir, through you, I want to say that I have said good things regarding the arbitral tribunal. I have also suggested certain things, for you to think in the future: delete 11(i) and 11(ii) and establish this arbitral tribunal; forget about the appointment of arbitrators by the parties, and let there be a fixed arbitral tribunal. This was my suggestion to you.
