Sir, two things are there. One is the existence of power. The second one is the exercise of power. I am not questioning about existence of power. The question is about how you are exercising this power. The power is being exercised very capriciously, very whimsically. That is our point. The power is being exercised arbitrarily. Everybody is ready for one Bill and you are bringing another in the middle of the night.
